Order Processing

  • Allow 1-2 business days for all grey or brown lenses to process
  • Allow 3-5 business days for all mirror coating and polarized lenses to process.
  • Allow 5-7 business days for all prescriptions to process.

Shipping time and rates are dependent upon the shipping location.

Delivery times shown in the table are for transit only and do not include order processing. Note that shipments can occasionally be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances.

* Armed Forces (AA, AE, or AP) can be selected under “State” when inputting shipping information upon checkout.

  • AE is for armed forces in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Canada
  • AP is for the Pacific
  • AA is the Americas, excluding Canada.

Shipping Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 3:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) will adhere to standard processing and shipping times. However, after this cut-off time, order fulfillment will begin the next scheduled business day.

Example: If you lived in a Boxabl home in Casita, Texas, and you placed a brown lens order before 3:00 PM on a Tuesday, it will take 1-2 business days to process and then 1 business day to ship to you. That means you will receive your purchase at the earliest on Thursday but the latest on Friday (given that there are no federal holidays, AI/robots don’t take over the world, another pandemic doesn’t arise, etc.).

Shipping Abroad

The international shipping rate does not include applicable value-added tax (VAT), duties, and customs charges, which will be the purchaser’s responsibility.

Delivery Tracking

We will send you an email confirming the shipper’s details and the tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped from our warehouse.

Custom Orders

Custom orders outside default configuration are not available.



Contact us within 14 days of receipt to return a product.

  • Product must be in the original (new) condition.
  • Product must be in the original packaging in order for a refund to be issued.
  • Customer will pay for return shipping.
  • The original shipping fee, if applicable, will not be refunded.
  • Claims after 14 days of receipt are subject to customer specialists’ discretion.

In any event, customers are encouraged to contact us first to inform and resolve issues before returning our products.

Don’t panic! For all eyewear, we offer one year warranty against manufacturer defects under normal use.

  • Customers will be responsible for a $10 shipping fee for the replacement.
  • Customers claiming for warranty must present valid proof of purchase.
  • Warranty does not cover intentional blows.
  • Lenses are not bulletproof.
